Individual company Cecilia Bodhi Naturae, with registered office Corso Alessandro Tassoni, 25b – 10143 Turin (TO), as Data Controller (hereinafter "Data Controller"), informs you that the personal data provided as part of the booking will be processed for the following purposes:

Management of the order placed on the website www.bodhinaturae. it , whose legal basis of processing is the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same, pursuant to art. 6.1.b) of the Regulation.

The Data Controller collects the following data: name, surname, email, telephone number, residence and/or domicile and billing data. The provision of data is optional, but is necessary for the execution of the contract. The data will be processed manually, electronically and/or electronically.

For processing carried out for the purpose of direct sending of commercial communications in relation to products of the Data Controller similar to those purchased, the latter may use, without the consent of the interested party, the e-mail and paper mail addresses pursuant to and within the limits permitted by art. 130, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 196/03 (Privacy Code) and by the provision of the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data of 19 June 2008. The legal basis of data processing for this purpose is art. 6, paragraph 1, letter. f) of the Regulation. 1. Fulfillment of legal obligations , the legal basis of which is the fulfillment of legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject, pursuant to art. 6.1.c) of the Regulations;
2. Defensive purposes , the legal basis of which is the need to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court, pursuant to articles. 6.1.f) and 9.2.f) of the Regulations;

Furthermore, your personal data may possibly be processed for the following purposes:

1. integration of the "user profile" through interactions carried out on social pages (for example, messages and/or comments on Cecilia Rosso Bodhi Naturae's Instagram page, or on any other environment or social page of the Owner), to respond to requests for assistance from the interested user.

1. for sending, with automated tools (email; sms, mms, push notifications) newsletters and promotional communications on the products and initiatives of Cecilia Rosso Bodhi Naturae . It is specified that the Data Controller collects a single consent for the marketing purposes described here, pursuant to the General Provision of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data "Guidelines regarding promotional activities and combating spam" of 4 July 2013.

The legal basis of the processing of your data for the purposes referred to in point e), is the expression of consent to the processing of personal data for one or more specific purposes by the interested party (art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Regulation). Failure to provide your consent for these purposes will not affect the use of the services.

Your personal data will be kept only for the time necessary for the purposes for which they are collected, respecting the principle of minimization referred to in Article 5, paragraph 1, letter c) of the GDPR. In any case, your personal data will be kept for the time necessary to perform the services provided for in the contract.

For processing that requires consent as a legal basis, the data will be retained until the consent is revoked.

Your personal data may be shared with natural persons authorized by the Data Controller to process personal data for the performance of their work duties (e.g. employees and system administrators, etc.); service providers who typically act as Data Controllers pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulation; subjects, bodies or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate your personal data pursuant to legal provisions or orders of the authorities.

As regards the possible transfer of data to third countries, the Data Controller informs that the processing will take place according to one of the methods permitted by current law, such as for example the consent of the interested party, the adoption of Standard Clauses approved by the European Commission, the selection of entities operating in countries considered safe by the European Commission.

In relation to the indicated purposes, the processing of personal data takes place using manual, IT and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, with methods that guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves, in addition to compliance with the specific obligations sanctioned by law.

You have the right to ask the Data Controller, at any time, to access your personal data, to rectify or delete them or to oppose their processing; you have the right to request the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by the art. 18 of the Regulation, to revoke the consent given pursuant to art. 7 of the GDPR at any time; to obtain the data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, in the cases provided for by the art. 20 of the Regulation; as well as to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data) pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force.

You have the possibility to formulate a request to object to the processing of your data pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR in which to highlight the reasons justifying the opposition: the Data Controller reserves the right to evaluate your request, which would not be accepted in the event of the existence of compelling legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing which prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms.
